- Drake shared a tour of his home in Toronto for Architectural Digest's new issue.
- The house, called "The Embassy" features a basketball court, indoor pool and lots of mirrors.
Ever wondered what Drake's house looks like? Well, wonder no more my friend: the rapper has shared a look inside his Toronto home in new video for "Toosie Slide", followed by an in-depth look with Architectural Digest, and it's everything you probably thought it would be, if you think about this kind of thing.
For the magazine's May issue, Drake let photographers inside his 50,000 square foot "pleasure dome" called "The Embassy." It's beyond huge, features lots of shiny surfaces and chandeliers literally everywhere.
The whole thing has taken Drake and his team over six years to create, and the finished result is so very... Drake.
Along with the basketball court, swimming pool and recording studio, the mansion also has a 3,200-square-foot master-bedroom suite, of which Drake says: “The bedroom is where I come to decompress from the world at the end of the night and where I open my eyes to seize the day. The bed lets you float, the shower lets you escape and gather your thoughts, and the closet makes you want to talk to yourself while you’re getting dressed."
Ok!
Oh, and that famed collection of Birkin bags he's saving up for his future spouse? That's there, too.
The home has truly divided people on Twitter, with some praising the hard work and design that went to its creation, and others essentially calling it a bit much.
Well, each to their own!
