Musician makes profit on Harlem apartment amid coronavirus

Rob Moose — a Grammy-winning musician who’s worked with Bon Iver, Sufjan Stevens and Ben Folds — has sold his Harlem home for $885,000, above its asking price of $815,000.

Moose, 37, bought the property in 2014 for $486,720, according to city records.

The buyers, identified as David Fitzmaurice and Sarah MacDougall, were repped by Michael Franco and Greg Holzmann of Compass.

The charming two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo takes up the full third floor of a brownstone at 245 W. 122nd St. and comes with private roof access via a built-in ladder.

At 910 square feet, the unit features arched windows, exposed brick, hardwood floors and French pocket doors — along with a renovated kitchen featured on Architectural Digest’s blog, “Clever,” according to the listing.

The home was listed in early March, pre-lockdown, and was in contract by March 31.

The listing broker was Naomi Watanabe, of Corcoran.
