The once sleepy neighbourhood is now a favourite among the rich and famous.
And the home where Scott co-parents his three children with Kourtney Kardashian - Mason, 10, Penelope, seven, and Reign, five - proves why.
Scott, 37, has shown off his home makeover skills on his own show Flip It Like Disick, and his stunning mansion, complete with expansive grounds, an infinity pool and luxury cars, is a great advert to any potential clients.

It was originally rumoured that the star was seeking treatment for alcohol and cocaine abuse, but his lawyer Marty Singer set the record straight.

Singer said in a statement: "In an effort to finally come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years due to the sudden death of his mother [in 2013], follow by the death of his father 3 months later [in 2014], Scott made the decision to check himself into a rehab facility to work on his past traumas.
"He did not check in for any alcohol or cocaine abuse."
