Jennifer Garner's $8million farmhouse is a refuge for Ben Affleck amid Jennifer Lopez divorce
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are getting divorced after two years of marriage, with the Gone Girl actor recently spending time in the home of his ex-wife Jennifer Garner
Jennifer Garner has a stunning farmhouse nestled in the hills of Los Angeles and it's acted as a refuge for her ex-husband Ben Affleck amid his divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
The Gone Girl actor was married to J.Lo for just two years before she filed for divorce last month. Amid the chaos of his split, Affleck has been spending time at Garner's $7.9million home which she built after they finalized their own divorce in 2018.
Affleck was seen arriving at the property in July as he sought advice from Garner about his marriage woes. It seems like the actress loves to open up her property to family and friends as she's admitted her kids love to host pool parties at the home.

"A special feature, especially in the summer, is having [the living room] doors all the way wide open," Jennifer said. The living room opens onto a deck and swimming pool.
Speaking to Architectural Digest, she joked: "The only problem is if my kids are having their class pool party here .. it’s very hard to keep wet kids out of the house. I have to really just stand guard."
Garner's house also has a slumber party room for her kids to enjoy, which is complete with four built-in bunk beds and is perfect for the children to watch movies in. Explaining the reason behind the space, Garner said she loves having somewhere where "kids can be kids".
The 13 Going on 30 star shares three children with Affleck - Violet, 18, Seraphina, 15, and Samuel, 12. Garner hadn't originally intended on building her home following their divorce, but she struggled to find somewhere she liked.
Garner explained: "I looked and looked for a house to move into, but I needed privacy, and any house that had privacy was more grand than I felt comfortable in." Instead, she purchased a plot of land and hired husband-and-wife architect and interior designer team Steve and Brooke Giannetti to help her make her vision a reality.
As well as the slumber party room, the stunning property also features a saltwater aquarium, a Harry Potter-themed hideaway and a cozy reading corner. There's also a sprawling backyard orchard where Garner grows peaches, cherries and apples.
She also has a vegetable house for growing things such as kale, thyme, tomatoes and green beans.
