COD Students Jennifer Emmert, Luke Tralmer Receive ALA Merit Awards

College of DuPage students Jennifer Emmert (far left, from Lombard) and Luke Tralmer (second from right, from Darien) recently received Student Merit Awards from the Association of Licensed Architects (ALA) from Architecture professors Mark Pearson (second from left), Jane Ostergaard (front) and Ted Kulinski.

Emmert is pursuing her Associate in Applied Science degree in Pre-Architecture at COD and plans to transfer to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in the fall. Her goals are to earn a bachelor's degree in Architecture and two master's degrees in Architecture and Structural Engineering.

Tralmer is earning his Associate in Applied Science degree in Architectural Technology this spring and plans to find a job at an architecture firm after graduation.
