Architect Ken Ungar drew from the works of Wallace Neff when designing his personal residence in a guard-gated Westlake Village community.

The villa-style residence features a round motor court and semicircle layout that evokes the Beverly Hills estate designed by Neff for early film director Fred Niblo.

Red-clay roof tiles, a curving loggia and arched details are among exterior features of the 2007-built home. French doors open to more than an acre of grounds containing a sports court, lawn and infinity-edge swimming pool.
