Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 177-44 129th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Located at the intersection of Merrick Boulevard and 129th Avenue, the lot is close to the Locust Manor station on the Long Island Railroad, serviced by the Babylon, Far Rockaway, and Long Beach lines. Sam Muratov is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 15,158 square feet designated for residential space.
