The Bott family, which has long-operated noncommercial religious radio stations across the U.S., is adding to its stable by agreeing to acquire an FM in Cheyenne, Wyo., from a prolific operator of low-power radio properties.
Paperwork has been submitted with the FCC for its approval of the deal, which sees Vic Michael and his Cedar Cove Broadcasting agree to sell KIHI-FM 88.1 in Cheyenne to Bott Radio Network’s Community Broadcasting.
A $100,000 purchase price has been agreed to; a $5,000 deposit has been made.
