BE. ABBY. THAT IS RIGHT. THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN AND FANS HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS WEEK FOR MONTHS, INCLUDING SOME FOLKS AT THE TV STATION, BUT I WON’T NAME ANY NAMES. BUT HEY, THEY ARE EXCITED FOR THE REUNION OF CROSS CANADIAN RAGWEED AND THE CURRENT STARS TURNPIKE TROUBADOURS. BUT THE FANS WE CAUGHT UP WITH EARLIER, THEY SAID THEY DROVE ALL ACROSS THE COUNTRY JUST TO BE HERE TONIGHT, AND WE’RE READY TO HAVE A GOOD TIME. WHEN THEY SAID THEY’RE DOING A SHOW IN OKLAHOMA, I JUST SAID, WE GOT TO GO DO IT BECAUSE IT’S THE FIRST ONE FOR A LONG TIME, AND IT WILL BE SOMETHING SPECIAL. AMERICA’S BRIGHTEST ORANGE, PAIRED WITH SOME BOOTS AND BUCKLES FOR SOME RED DIRT REVELRY AS FANS FROM ALL OVER. ABOUT EIGHT HOURS, EIGHT HOURS TO GET HERE. CAME IN TO WATCH THE BOYS FROM OKLAHOMA RIDE INTO TOWN FOR NIGHT TWO. I WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST RAGWEED FANS EVER IN 2010 WHEN THEY BROKE UP, I WAS HEARTBROKEN. THAT WAS MY FAVORITE MAN IN THE WHOLE WORLD, RIGHT? AND SO WHEN I HEARD THEY WERE GETTING BACK TOGETHER FOR 15 YEARS, WE BOUGHT TICKETS IMMEDIATELY. WE WERE LUCKY ENOUGH TO GET IN THERE AND GET TICKETS RIGHT AWAY. WE’VE BEEN BIG. I HAVE BEEN BIG RAGWEED FANS FOR A LONG TIME, AND WHEN THEY GOT BACK TOGETHER, I DECIDED TO BUY THE TICKETS AND MAKE A ROAD TRIP OUT OF IT. THE STADIUM, A SOLD OUT FOR ALL FOUR NIGHTS. IT’S AN EVENT. THE CITY OF STILLWATER HAS BEEN BRACING FOR FOR MONTHS, AND KIND OF ALREADY KNOW HOW TO DO THIS. THIS IS A LITTLE BIT LONGER AND BIGGER THAN THAN WHAT WE’RE WE’RE NORMALLY USED TO, BUT OUR TEAMS HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR MONTHS TO TO MAKE SURE WE’RE READY TO GO. WE TALK ABOUT STILLWATER BEING PRETTY STICKY RIGHT WHEN YOU GET HERE AND YOU SEE WHAT THIS COMMUNITY IS ALL ABOUT, IT’S IT’S A PLACE YOU WANT TO COME BACK TO AND YOU WANT TO VISIT AGAIN. AND I DON’T KNOW IF YOU CAN HEAR IT BEHIND ME, BUT THE CONCERT HAS ALREADY STARTED. BUT HEY, THEIR BIGGEST CONCERN TONIGHT IS TRAFFIC. SO IF YOU’RE HEADED OUT HERE TOMORROW, BE SURE TO ARRIVE ON TIME AND A LITTLE BIT EARLY BECAUSE TRAFFIC IS GOING TO BE THE BIGGEST HEADACHE. REPORTING LI
