Happy Friday eve, my friends. We are starting off nice and calm with some clouds out there, but as you can see, often in the distance, rain chances and storm chances are back in the forecast. So let's check this out for you hour by hour. Those temperatures are going to stay cool today because that cloud coverage and those storms. And while you might have *** shower or *** storm that pops up this morning, we're gonna watch that activity really increase as we get into the afternoon hours. Mainly 1 to 4 p.m. and then we're gonna keep that activity around through the early evening. It clears out overnight tonight and get ready for *** cool start to your finally Friday. We're gonna have *** low 50s, even some 40s in northwest Arkansas, mid-50s for you in the river valley, but *** warming trend coming our way after the coolest day of the 7 day forecast being today with temperatures struggling to get into the low to mid 70s across the. By Friday afternoon we've already reached today's high, and we're gonna see those temperatures still below average, but they're going to be warming up as we get into the upcoming weekend. We'll start our Saturday off nice and clear. We do have some storm chances coming in late Saturday, especially in the overnight hours, but that's not gonna stop us from bringing the heat. We'll be into the mid to upper 80s across the area, and those temperatures just keep climbing for us as we get into our. Sunday we're gonna see those temperatures even milder for you. Now, if you do have *** shower or *** storm that pops up today, we're not expecting severe weather with this.
