According to the article, Milwaukee's skyline is often overlooked because of Chicago's popularity in the Midwest. However, many of Milwaukee's buildings were created by talented architects like Santiago Calatrava, who designed the iconic Milwaukee Art Museum.The top three skylines are Manhattan, Hong Kong and Chicago, according to the magazine. Four U.S. cities are on the list. In addition to Milwaukee, Chicago, Manhattan and Seattle made the list.
